| We offer three metal roof systems. |

The older system, being an exposed fastener ribbed panel, should be installed with a minimum 3/12 roof pitch. You can utilize this product with blanket insulation or, as we prefer, with a liner panel, insulated, with subgirts, and the exposed fastener panel attached to the exterior. |

Secondly, we offer mechanically seamed standing roof systems which should be installed with a minimum of 1/12 roof pitch. We recommend that this product be installed over roof deck with board insulation, then install the standing seam panels onto the exterior. This second system may be installed similar to the above, with a liner panel, insulation, subgirts, and then with the standing seam panel on the exterior. |

The newer metal roof systems utilize a one piece composite foam panel which offer a high performance product and high strength for greater spans and excellent insulation values. Factory pre-insulated panel design allows for a simple one component installation which saves both time and money. R Values range from (R-12 to R-45). We recommend this product be installed on a minimum 3/12 roof pitch. |
